The full ceremony of a sweatlodge includes building it too. Under the guidance of an experienced teacher, you will have the chance to experience something unique, namely making this entire ceremony from scratch. Sitting in a sweatlodge that you yourself helped build gives the whole ceremony a different depth.

Sweatlodge is a powerful ceremony of love, purification and rebirth, where we use the natural magic contained in the elements of earth, fire, water and air.
It is an intense and sometimes challenging experience where our tools are the prayer, our ability to focus and, to some extent, even the physical suffering.â
We ask the earth for permission of all our actions and we build the lodge.
We cleanse and purify while we tie our tobaccoprayers before we enter the lodge to sweat and pray again.
You’ll get a chance to clearly see the strength of your love and the power of your capacity in this ancient ceremony, with roots in several traditions, where we consciously test our limits with insight, joy, humility and complete respect.
