Conscious Kids

At Consciousbeings.life, we are proud to present our new initiative, “Conscious Kids” – a package of fun and uplifting activities for children in preschool and early school age. Our vision is to create a safe and playful environment where children can grow as individuals and strengthen their self-esteem through creativity, movement, and emotional awareness.

The inspiration for this comes from our own son, Noah, who has flourished by exploring his emotions and strengths in a more intuitive and playful way. We believe that, even at such an early age, all children today have a greater opportunity than ever to become aware of themselves and their unique strengths and gifts. Our work is based on the well-known Circle of Security – a model where children are given the chance to experience, grow, and develop from a safe and positive foundation. Our goal is to let children be children, while also learning about their emotions and how to navigate life in an authentic and courageous way.

What is Conscious Kids?
We offer activities where children can:

• Explore their emotions through play, music, movement, and creativity.

• Learn to recognize and express feelings such as joy, fear, anger, and sadness in a safe and supportive environment.

• Participate in creative workshops with dance, music, drums, didgeridoos, and color.

• Develop self-awareness and build a foundation of inner security.

With the help of our network of experienced educators, musicians, and creative artists who have previously worked with children, we aim to create a playful and educational environment. Our focus is on co-creation – where the children themselves help shape the activities based on their own interests and curiosity.

We believe this initiative will help strengthen children’s confidence and well-being, while giving them a chance to discover and explore the world in their own unique way.
